To ensure the best possible visit with us, please review our Policy and Procedures. This will make your appointment stress free and most enjoyable.

Reservations

Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. Please call in advance to assure availability. We try to accommodate last minute schedule changes and that is by order of confirmation. A credit card or gift card may be required for reservations.

Arrive In Good Time

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment o handle any paperwork if you are a first time client or to get comfortable and ready for your experience prior to your scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension and will be responsible for full service fees.

Guest Cancellation

W e request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee. Gift card value will be reduced to half value. No-shows will be charged a 100% fee.

Wellness

For your comfort and good health, Trace Retreat is a no smoking environment.

Comfort

Please refrain from waxing or shaving prior to any treatments involving exfoliation i.e. salt glows, scrubs, buffs. These treatments are also contraindicated for sunburn, rashes, or skin sores.

Attire

For Trace Retreat Spa services, you are escorted into your treatment room where robes, sandals, towels and essential amenities are all provided.

Cell Phones & Pagers

Out of consideration for other spa guests, please mute pagers. Cell phone use is not permitted in the spa. Our front desk personnel will assist you if needed.

Children & Teens

Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit. 10 year is the minimum age requirement for services, with parental consent. Private parties are available for details.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards and personal checks. Visa, MasterCard, Diver and American Express. Gratuities may be given. Gift cards that are lost, misplaced or stolen are not replaceable or valid. All pricing subject to change without notice.

Gifting

Gift cards, specialty baskets and fits are available for purchase. Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be present at the time service is rendered. Corporate gifting programs are also available. Please contact our Customer Service Desk for more information.

Lunch Accommodations

Hors' Dourves and lunches are available for an additional charge of $16 per person. To make special arrangements for this service, please speak to our Customer Service Representatives. Lunch is provided for select packages rendered in full.

Under certain circumstances, Trace Retreat & Store reserves the right to substitute services and products with others of equal or greater value.
